PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania – Junior Lone Star FC, Philadelphia’s only minor league soccer club competing in both the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) and the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL), is excited to announce Cypher Language Services as the club’s first-ever primary jersey sponsor for the UPSL Team.

“Cypher Language Services is very excited to announce our sponsorship of the Junior Lone Star Football Club (JLSFC),” said Cypher Language Services Co-Owners Juan Lara and Paul Rossert. “At Cypher, we believe in giving back to our community and one of our goals has been to provide funding for community-based services and programs. As immigrants ourselves we have a special connection with the cause of JLSFC. In addition to their great work on the field, JLSFC also provides after-school activities such as homework help, tutoring and transportation to and from school activities for their academy players. They also run camps and clinics during school breaks, providing a safe place for parents to send their children when school is not in session. At Cypher we are passionate about their cause and hope that our sponsorship will expand the work that JLSFC is doing in the community. Finally, as huge soccer fans, we are very excited to be part of the winning tradition of Junior Lone Star Football Club!”

Cypher Language Services is an immigrant-owned language service provider based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with an office in Minneapolis – Saint Paul, Minnesota.

“Our club was founded by immigrants and nearly all of our current players are immigrants, so signing a sponsorship deal with an immigrant-owned company like Cypher Language Services is very much appreciated,” said Junior Lone Star FC President and Executive Director Paul Konneh. “I spoke with both Cypher Language Services co-owners, Juan and Paul, last week and I noticed how passionate they are about soccer and assisting the immigrant community within Philadelphia. They also do a great work at Cypher Language Services where they assist their clients with translation and interpretation services with greater efficiency at a lower rate. We are thankful for their support and honored for their belief in our vision as we begin our UPSL journey together.”

As Junior Lone Star FC’s UPSL Team Title Sponsor, Cypher Language Services logo will be adorned on the front of the club’s UPSL Team jerseys and the company will also have its logo placed around the stadium during all UPSL home games.

Junior Lone Star FC will begin the 2018 UPSL season in early April and will play in the UPSL Northeast Conference against teams from New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.
